Submission Guide
By submitting a contract to our system you are agreeing to our terms of service, acknowledging our role in assisting you to getting to the closing table, and accepting our hours are M–Th 8:30 AM–4:30 PM and Friday 8:30 AM–3:00 PM. Please add any pertinent information you would like your TC to know when starting your file to the bottom section of the intake form. Any files submitted Monday–Thursday after 2:30 PM or Friday after 1:00 PM may be started first thing the following business day, depending on volume.
Document Requirements
A fully executed contract is required to begin your file. This includes all referenced addendums as indicated in the contract. Please ensure all documents are complete, accurate, and clearly signed prior to submission.
Communication
We pride ourselves on timely, professional communication, with a typical response time of within 2 hours during business hours. For urgent matters, please call or text your Transaction Coordinator directly.
Deadline Management
To ensure accurate timelines, please verify the correct effective date prior to submission. Timely file submission is essential to avoid delays and allows for smooth communication and coordination throughout the transaction.
